I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which is perfectly situated in the center of Trabzon. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I received exceptional service from the staff, especially Aishe Gul and Ibrahim, who were incredibly helpful. The only downside was the loud music from a nearby cafe, which made it a bit noisy at times. Overall, it's a great value for money.
